Ron tailors financing options to meet the needs of his clients individual lifestyle goals and ambitions. He provides prompt service and addresses all questions regarding the pre approval, underwriting and closing process.

Ron shares; "Helping families and real estate referral partners achieve their goals is what's most rewarding to me, professionally.  Personally, I love spending time with my family.  Movie nights, weekend trips to WI and watching sports are what's enjoyed most."

Kim has been with the team since 2011 and ensures the process of a loan application runs smoothly for customers and that transactions always close on time.

Kim has been the acknowledged as as the top Processor in the company for multiple years and mentors those new to the processing and lending operations teams at Key Mortgage Services.

Kim shares; “I enjoy being a part of a team that communicates well to achieve one common goal, which is to help families. Beyond my role on the team, I have a big role at home as Mom. Watching my kids play football, wrestling and lacrosse is something you would catch me doing weekends."

Jim assists Ron and the team with assessing eligibility and structuring loan programs and options for clients and real estate developments and projects.

Jim has over 30 years industry experience- ranging from loan mortgage origination, portfolio underwriting and as a professional real estate investor.

Jim shares, "I enjoy navigating and identifying what options fit best for customers to consider.  When I'm not spending time with my family, I enjoy time in my woodshop and participating at our church."
