Ron is a seasoned leader in mortgage lending. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has guided thousands of clients in achieving their homeownership goals. 

Ron customizes financing options to align with each client’s unique lifestyle, goals, and ambitions. He delivers prompt, attentive service and ensures all questions about pre-approval, underwriting, and the closing process are clearly addressed. 

Ron shares; "Helping families and real estate partners succeed is what I love most- it’s the most rewarding part of what I do. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether it’s movie nights with my daughters, weekend trips to Wisconsin, or just watching a game together."

Kim has been with the team since 2011 and ensures the process of a loan application runs smoothly for customers and that transactions always close on time.

In 2021, Kim was acknowledged as the #1 Processor in state by the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association (IMBA).

Kim shares; “I love being part of a team that communicates effectively and works together toward a common goal: helping families achieve their dreams. Outside of work, I have an even bigger role at home as a mom. On weekends, you’ll often find me cheering on my kids as they play football, wrestling, and lacrosse, enjoying every moment of their games and activities."

Nicole assists Ron and the team with pre approvals, evaluating client eligibility, and helping structure the best loan program options.

Nicole has over 10 years industry experience within administrative support and loan processing. Nicole plays a key role in ensuring each loan application is handled efficiently and accurately. 

Nicole shares, "I believe work gets done best with teamwork, fresh ideas, and a good laugh”. Outside of work you can find me diving into my next DIY project, enjoying a good book or spending time with my family!"
